HHO Engine Carbon Cleaning is a process where a specialist machine that is fitted with a Hydrogen Generator converts water into HHO gas. This machine uses distilled water and electrolysis to create Oxy-Hydrogen Gas. Once the gas is produced, the machine then transfers the Oxy-Hydrogen gas at a regulated amount determined by the technician (this depends on the size of engine, type of fuel system and amount of carbon build up assessed by a digital scan of the vehicles internal components and specialist knowledge) into the engines fuel system through a supply hose connected to the air intake system of the vehicle being cleaned.

There are many makes and models of HHO machines and they are certainly not equal although they do roughly all work on the same principle and all produce HHO gas the volumes of hydrogen they produce can vary tremendously.  The higher volume one of these machines can produce per hour can easily be a difference of over 1300 litres obviously a HHO machine producing more Oxy-Hydrogen gas is going to work far better at cleaning the carbon deposits from your engine and mechanical components. Our specialist HHO machine here at Carbon Cleaning Plymouth produces over 1700 litres of Oxy-Hydrogen gas per hour this far out performs most if not all of our competitors some of the mobile operators using 12v machines are lucky if there inferior machines can only supply around 300 litres per hour. We spent a lot of time and research into this technology before investing in the best machines, tools and digital equipment available on the market so you the customer can be assured you are getting the best service for your vehicle at a sensible price.

Our HHO carbon deposit cleaning machine runs on distilled water and electricity using a powerful electric charge it splits the water molecules into its component atoms producing highly charged particles of hydrogen and oxygen, or oxy-hydrogen gas. The HHO is passed into the engine via the air intake system and burnt as the engine runs mixing the HHO with the fuel.  As it passes through the induction system, combustion chamber, exhaust etc., the hydrogen reacts with the carbon deposits turning the carbon into hydrocarbons, this lifts the carbon deposits from the engine and other components and exits the engine via the exhaust system. This is probably the most environmentally friendly way to remove carbon build up as it uses no harsh or damaging chemicals that some other processes can use.

Carbon deposit build up has been a problem for the internal combustion engine since it was conceived. Carbon deposits in Internal Combustion Engines reduce fuel efficiency, reduce engine performance, shorten engine/equipment/parts life and contribute to higher polluting emissions.

Increasing regulations from governments across the world are causing manufacturers to have to employ additional emission controls to vehicles engines. The technology manufacturers are having to apply in making the internal combustion engine in their brand and model suitable for that countries levels of requirement isn’t always suitable for the end users purpose. As a result, the carbon deposit problem for lots of vehicles has become more frequent and severe.

Not that long ago the only way to remove carbon build up was to have to remove the engine from a vehicle and strip it down to its sum of individual parts and manually scrape and clean the carbon build up from each and every affected part, then rebuild the engine and refit it to the vehicle. Luckily using HHO technology we can eliminated the need for this invasive costly process in virtually all situations allowing your vehicle to run smoother and more efficiently therefore putting less stress and wear on your engines components saving money in the whole scheme of things.
